Beloftebos prides itself in supplying the best ingredients to create an unforgettable menu. Gemmerbier and roosterkoek made on the fire and served on arrival of guests with home-made jams, honey from the farm and local prize-winning Kleinrivier cheeses have become synonymous with Beloftebos. Menus are mostly a fusion of hearty South African, Mediterranean style as well as traditional French cuisine.
The catering being a family affair, Corneli de Villiers does all the catering with her experienced team. In consultation with Coia de Villiers, former lecturer at the Institute of Culinary Arts in Stellenbosch, they create sumptuous and hearty, yet sophisticated menus - anything from spitbraai, pumpkin fritters to crème brûlée.
